They’re all fully furnished, lightly decorated and colour-coded for your convenience (with each house’s furniture in mainly one colour). They come in a range of houses and accommodate 1-4 Sims each. The houses are self contained and each has its own independent entrance. There are seven houses in total, as well as large common building with other amenities. This is a CC-free residential lot built on a 30x20 lot in Windenburg and it fits in reasonably well among its neighbours. Use the powerful Create A Pet tool to customise your Sims’ perfect cats, dogs, puppies and kittens. I decided on small townhouses built very close together around small courtyards, with a whole lot of archways for circulation. I designed this lot with Minas Tirith in mind, trying to figure out what kind of houses there would be in a city built of stone, where space within the walls is at a premium, but where people might nevertheless appreciate a touch of green.
Coming out of general lurk-dom to share my latest building project: Minas Tirith Housing, so called in honour of the fantasy capital city in Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings.
